Clinical Experience -- fifteen years counseling experience with five years as Program Director for nationally recognized and awarded Family Crisis Counseling Center. Programs designed for crisis intervention were funded and used as a model for additional government funded clinics, group homes and crisis intervention centers around the US. Many still function and thrive to provide innovative and critically needed counseling services decades later. Served over ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area leadership counseling positions. In private practice and Director of the 'Peak Performance Program' and National Depression Resource Center from 1996-2000.

Business Experience -- eighteen years managing within and marketing to Fortune 50 Corporate Accounts for computer and financial industries. Working at the executive, managerial and project level with the largest technology companies in the world, I have developed a deep understanding of how to manage and transform stress into positive, productive personal energy to maximize personal performance and individual potential while enhancing one's sense of meaning and fulfillment in work and, more importantly, in life.

Simultaneously conducting my counseling practice and managing technology accounts for the last five years of the 90's, this dual role provided me unique opportunities for facilitating meaningful personal growth in a highly stressful competitive setting. My self-help programs are designed with original imagery and innovative techniques proven to constructively address and resolve the challenging issues of modern society's non-stop expectations and unrelenting personal demands.
