Standard Sessions – Sessions run  90 minutes. Standard sessions include relevant customization of ‘generic’ hypnotic inductions and cognitive techniques used for the specific treatment of depression, self-esteem, peak-performance, spiritual centering or any of my self-help programs. Standard sessions include audio tapes of all counseling sessions and your final hypnosis session.

Customized Sessions – Sessions require 120 minutes and are entirely customized to client’s individual needs and requirements. Induction scripts are written specifically to address individual personal issues. Generally, customized scripts provide a more direct and lasting impact for the client. Customized sessions include audio tapes of all cognitive counseling and hypnosis sessions. A customized workbook for home continuation of sessions is also included. An additional cognitive session is offered at no charge if requested by client. A VHS copy of any video taped cognitive sessions are also supplied at no charge.
